Megafem

Megafem is a type of antacid and antiflatulent medication which is taken to alleviate acidity, heartburn, gas, and bloating. Magaldrate is used to counteract excess stomach acid and thus offers rapid relief of burning sensation and indigestion and Simethicone aids in the breakdown of gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, eliminating bloating and discomfort. It is usually applied in such diseases as gastritis, acid reflux, and dyspepsia.
