ESTRAVE is a hormone replacement therapy that contains the form of estrogen estradiol valerate. It is primarily used to treat estrogen deficiency in women (e.g., menopause, condition related to ovarian failure), and for the treatment of women with high risk of developing breast cancer. It can provide relief from symptoms of hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness and erratic periods. ESTRAVE is also indicated for use in certain gynecological conditions that need estrogen support.
