Cabrix 0.25 is a dopamine agonist, which is primarily used to cure an abnormality linked to elevated prolactin hormone (hyperprolactinemia). It acts by lowering the level of prolactin secreted by the pituitary gland, aiding in the restoration of regular menstrual cycles, enhancement of fertility and alleviation of the symptoms including the abnormal secretion of milk (galactorrhea). It is also employed in some instances of the pituitary tumors and in the prevention of unwanted lactation.
