Tadace 10 is a phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) inhibitor that is used as the main treatment of men with erectile dysfunction (ED). It assists in enhancing the blood circulation to the penis resulting in a solid sustainable erection to sexual stimulation. It is also used at low doses per day to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in order to alleviate urinary symptoms in patients including weak urine flow and frequent urination. Tadace 10 is characterized by a long-acting period with up to 36 hours.
